The Minsiter of Public Service and Administrative Reforms
Article 1: Introduction
[a] The Minsitry of Public Service and Administrative Reforms ORDER No. //003593/MINFOPRA/12 June 2023 launched the "concour" or competitive entrance exam for sixty (60) Assistant Customs Controllers at the Treasury of category C into the public service as follows:
[b] The concour or entrance examination will be written in ALL the regional headquarters of the country.
Article 2: Requirements
The exam is open to all candidates who fulfill the requirements for admission into government employment and conditions laid down by the general rules and regulations of the public service.

Age Limit | Be at least 17yrs and at most 29 yrs as at 1st Jan 2023 (You should be born between 01/01/1994 and 01/01/2006) |
Specific Conditions | Be a holder of GCE O Level in at least four subjects excluding religion or BEPC or CAP or any other recognized equivalent certificate |
NB: Disabled persons holding a disability card issued by competent authorities may benefit from an age exemption of up to five years
Article 3: File Composition
The File shall comprise of the following documents:
1. A 1500 Registration form bearing a Fiscal stamp. The form can be onbtained at the Ministry of public Service and Administrative Reforms or at the Regional Delegations or downloaded from the following Adress: http://www.minfopra.gov.cm (When you download you'll need it to be stamped
2. A Certified copy of Birth Certificate
3. Certificate of Non-Conviction
4. Certified Copies of Required Certificates
5. Attestation of Presentation of Originals
6. Medical Certificate Issued by Medical Officer in public Sector
7. A Twenty Thousand (20000) FCFA registration receipt issued at the place of submision of the application files by an EXPRESS UNION Personnel
8. Two (02) 4X4 passport photos
9. A 1000 FCFA stamped envelope with teh Adress of the applicant **
N.B:
* Candidates who submit their fies online are exempted from the mdalities rquired for those who submit hard copies. however, once they are declared successful, they ned to deposit these documents at the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform
* Candidates who wish to be assisted free of charge in onlin registration should contact the National Youth Observatory (ONJ) located within the Multipurpose Youth Empowerment center (CMPJ)
* State Employee candidates governed by labour code who meet the conditions set out in article 2 shall provide a copy of their contract or employment decision
* All Incomplete or late files shall be rejected
* All Certified documents should be not more than 3 months old
* The Translation has 15.000 in the doc below but its a mistake, its 20.000FCFA in the original french version
**NB: Stamps are now 1500FCFA
Sumission Process and Dateline
The completed files can be submitted online at the following address: concoursonline.minfopra.gov.cm or at the ten (10) Regional delegations of the Public Service and Administrative Reforms. The LATEST DATE FOR SUBMISSION is Friday 29th September 2023.
Article 4: Syllabus and Examination Timetable
1. The syllabus for this competitive examination shall be that of form five (troisieme)
2. The written parts of the exam shall be scheduled as follows:

The LATEST TIME TO ARRIVE AT THE EXAMINATION HALL IS 7:00 a.m. Prompt
Article 5: Publication of Results
The final results of the competitive exams shall be published through an instrument signed by the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms
Article 6: Fraud and Sanctions
Any case of fraud recorded before, during or after the exam shall e sanctioned in accordance with the laws and regulations in force
Article 7: Conclusion
This order shall be registered and published wherever necessary
